It's hard to beat this boutique hotel's "excellent" SoBe location "south of Fifth and out of the fray" but still within walking distance of good restaurants – and it's also "perfect" "if you love to swim in the ocean" since it's a "stone's throw" from the beach; now owned by Hilton, it boasts condo-style suites with "large" terraces and kitchens that most call "comfortable", though others cry "needs attention."

It was conveniently located.
Room service was the worst ever; I was delivered day old newspapers twice.
The hotel could be better; but needs updating and the staff needs to pay more attention to detail. Our bins were never emptied; the coffee pot was left on and the coffee products were not replaced - I had to ask every day for coffee. Room service served ice cold breakfasts and the food was not that great and tremendously over-priced. ...read more
